Coaching House is established on 13th of July 2010.

Can Karaburcak and Mine Ok being the co-owners, have joint their experience and knowledge to find answers to the following questions:

o    How can awareness be raised of attitudes and habits at work place?
o    How can people reach their inner motivation for progress and change?
o    Which values can be experienced in working life?
o    How can solution focused and positive attitude be enhanced in working life?
o    How can Coaching House add value for a better world?

Initial customers were from finance sector; as for Can had an experience as a manager for 23 years; and pharmaceutical sector as for Mine has been a consultant for 13 years. (After Mine gave birth to Eren Can is left to be the sole owner of Coaching House; Can hopes it is only for a while:)

The aim is to facilitate people to reach their potentials at work place and enable corporations reach their strategic targets as they practice, progress and manage change in line with their business so as to be more competitive and successful.  
 
CH offers solutions through coaching, mentoring and training programs to many companies working at different industries. Its team members have over 100 years of profession, they work with a global mind; taking in to account all local needs, habits and attitudes of human resource in Turkey.
